ABOUT OUR PRODUCT : Our Sticks are made from pure & simple ingredients. All of our flavors are handmade in house from scratch using real fruit, except for our popular coffee flavor The Brown Cow, which is made from Coffee Beans. We have worked hard to keep our ingredients simple and clean. There are no dyes, no preservatives, no corn syrup, and we’ve stayed away from all the funky stuff typically added to the majority of frozen desserts. We feel like our sticks are pretty unique and one of a kind, each made from our very own proprietary Shivers recipes!
WHOLESALE COST : Wholesale cost is $1.99 per stick. Our suggested retail is $3.99 per stick.
BARCODES & PACKAGING : Yes all of our packaging come fully branded and with individual barcodes per flavor!
MINIMUM ORDER & FLAVORS : We require a minimum order of 120 sticks total.
We package them in cases of 30 per flavor. You are free to purchase the case quantities of each flavor you want as long as the total sticks hits our total minimum of 120. HOW DO I REGISTER AS A WHOLESALER : To Register, You can fill out a form on this link here. We will also ask that you submit your Sales Tax Exempt Form for us to keep on file. This part must be done before you place your first order. HOW TO ORDER : We offer a convient way to order through our website. Once we receive your wholesaler registration we will send you the link to order online. If you’d prefer, we can also take your order over email, or phone. Once we receive your order, we will write you up an invoice and email it digitally to be paid online, or a check brought to pickup.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY STICKS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER : Once we receive your order we will give you a timeframe for expected fulfillment. Usually we can have your order ready for pickup between 1-5 days. Depending on current demand.
A couple more FAQ’s:
* Can the sticks thaw? Our sticks leave our facility frozen. They can be thawed during transport, but must stay chilled because they are made with perishable ingredients, such as fruit and creams. As long as they stay chilled during transport they can easily refreeze once you get them to your freezers at your stand. Allow 24 hrs for refreezing if they thaw completely. They must be stored frozen at your store, and sold frozen.

* What are your Shiver Sticks priced at your Shivers Location? We sell our Shiver Sticks for $4 per stick at our headquaters. We do offer bundles for customers at a reduced price. Those are offered at $16.50 for 5-Pack, and $30 for 10-pack. We do find that customers love this option as a way to stock their home freezers. Something for you to consider as you figure out your stores offerings!
