Kitchen Crew Member 

Job Summary: 

Our desired kitchen member is somebody that enjoys being part of a team and fun work culture; working in a rhythmic production line with high standards of output; works hard to hit daily goals and numbers required for our production line; making mundane tasks fun; eager to help a small business create and cultivate a long lasting culture; working well with others.

Responsibilities: 

  • Daily production and packaging of ShiverSticks.

  • Maintain a level of cleanliness that goes above and beyond health code requirements.

  • Work within and maintain our Shivers culture and work environment. (Which is super fun by the way!)

  • Assisting with inventory, organization, and overall kitchen cleanliness.

  • Comfortable working in and out of our Walk-In Freezer periodically through shift.

  • Possible curbside delivery to Wholesale order pickups.

  • High standard of excellence

  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, food handlers license. We will help you with this if you currently don’t have one.

  • Open for at least 15-20 hours a week between the time frames of 10am-3pm Monday-Friday

  • Can work a consistent weekly schedule (we are very flexible with what those days are, we do require consistency from week to week.

  • Works well as a team member

  • Hopes to help a small business grow and succeed
