Kitchen Crew Member 

Job Summary: 

Our desired kitchen member is somebody that enjoys being part of a team; juggling multiple tasks; making mundane tasks new and exciting; eager to help a small business create and cultivate a long lasting culture; working well with others. These attributes are what we are looking for to transform this new role we have inside of our company. This position is not one we will take lightly here at Shivers, this new role will quickly become an integral part of our daily operations as we continue to see growth. 



Responsibilities: 

  • Daily production, packaging, and shipping of all kitchen items

  • Over curbside pickup for wholesale customers

  • Make and produce food products for both wholesale and airstream

  • Maintain a level of cleanliness that goes above and beyond health code requirements

  • Help establish and maintain a culture for our team and kitchen

  • Assisting with inventory, organization, and overall kitchen management  

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Positive

  • Self-motivated

  • High standard of excellence

  • Must have, or be willing to attain, food handlers license. We will help you with this if you currently don’t have one.

  • Open for at least 15-20 hours a week between the time frames of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

  • Can work a consistent weekly schedule (we are very flexible with what those days are, we do prefer consistency from week to week) 

  • Works well as a team

  • High customer service

  • Hopes to help a small business grow and succeed

  • Understands the value of their role
